Not all images are best viewed separately from the HTML document and are best displayed as part of the document. Such images are called In-line Images.

IMG tag specifies an inline image. The required SRC attribute specifies the location of theimage. The image can be any format, though browsers generally only support GIF , JPEG , and PNG images. The required ALT attribute provides alternate text for those not loadingimages.
