Amoeba is a Protozoa which can change its shape and uses pseudopodia for locomotion and acquires food by phagocytosis

Xylem is the vascular tissue in higher plants. They have 3 cells- tracheids vessels and parenchyma
The xylem has unidirectional conduction, it conducts water and minerals from root to leaves
The phloem has bidirectional conduction, it conducts sap from leaves to all parts of the plants
