What is meant by " All can hear but only the sensitive can understand"?.... from the poem "song of the rain "..................plz ........ urgent!!

According to the poet when the rain falls gently on Earth, everyone welcomes it and hears it. However not everyone is able to understand its soothing feeling, its affectionate, nature and its caring attitude. Only a few like the poet are sensitive to the rain and are inspired by its every mood. He personifies the rain as gentle being that cares the Earth. To him its very arrival is like a welcome song. The poet is sensitive enough to look beyond the obvious and value the blessings that the rain bestows on Earth.

rain sings its own music,its own song of happiness and sorrow.all can hear these song but only the sensitive with apure and delicate hearts and minds can trugly understand what the rain is trying to convey
