the angle between incident ray i. e the ray entering a medium before it's refraction and the normal is incident ray and the angle between reflected ray and normal is reflected ray

This is the angle which formed is formed when an coming or an incident ray falls om a reflecting surface with the normal means perpendicular is called the angle of incidence and it is denoted by small letter i.
Angle of reflection
This is the angle formed after reflection with the normal or we can say with respect to perpendicular .
It is denoted by small letter r.
ALWAYS THE ANGLE OF INCIDENCE IS EQUAL TO THE ANGLE OF REFLECTION.
