India has 30 longitudes from west to east.
From the western tip of India (Gujarat) to eastern tip of India (Arunachal Pradesh)
there is a time dofference of 2 hours.
It means if in Gujarat its 8 pm in Arunachal Pradesh it would be 10pm.
So to AVOID CONFUSION we have taken a standard meridian of India at 82.5°E passing through Mirzapur in U.p.
