Migration is the movement of people from one geographical region to another in search of job, better standard of living, better services etc.
The people who move from one place to another are called migrants.

Migration can be either of two types --
( i ) Internal migration - The migration of people from one region to another within a country or within national borders is called internal migration.
( ii ) International migration - The migration of people from one geographical location to another crossing international borders is said to be international migration.

the movement of people from one place to another place is called migration. migration involves shifting of household objects too.The people who migrate are called migrants.people who migrate from their country to live in another country permanently are called emigrants.
