Muscle fatigue is the decline in ability of a muscleto generate force. It can be a result of vigorous exercise but abnormal fatigue may be caused by barriers to or interference with the different stages of muscle contraction.

Hey friend....
Muscle fatigue is defined as a decrease in maximal force or power production in response to contractile activity
When an impulse reaches the muscle fibres of a motor unit, it stimulates a reaction in each sarcomere between the actin and myosin filaments. This reaction results in the start of a contraction and the sliding filament theory.
