Noun is the name of a person , place or thing whereas pronoun is the word which is used in place of noun. For example - Shinchan loves to play. Shinchan goes to school. As you can see, it's not looking good so we'll use Shinchan loves to play. He goes to school. So , in this sentence He is the pronoun and Shinchan and school are the nouns. Hope it helps you!

Noun :

Noun is the name of person, place, animal or thing. It is also known as a naming word. It used to indicate the name of a person, place, animal or thing.

There are five kinds of noun ;

★ Proper Noun

★ Collective Noun

★ Material Noun

★ Common Noun

★ Abstract Noun

________________..

Pronoun :

The word which is used instead of Noun. It is used in the place of Noun.

Here, let's take an example :

Ram goes to school daily. Ram is a good student. Ram is a honest boy.

So, instead of repeating the same words again and again, we can use He, She, it , they , etc.

Ex :

Ram goes to school. He is a good student. He is a honest boy.
