Organised Sector is a sector where the employment terms are fixed and regular, and the employees get assured work.

Working conditions

1]jobsecurity

2]fixed wages and working hours

3]provisions like aid leave,sick leave and holidays available

Any institute of work which follows proper rules and regulations, and are certified by the government are called as Organised Sector..For eg, schools, hospitals, courts etc

They have the following working conditions,

1. They have fixed working hours, if work more than usual they are paid for the overtime

2. They get many benifits like Clean drinking water, safe and friendly working environment

3. They get many other facilities such as paid leave, paid during vacations etc.

4. They are provided with Pensions and provident fund.

5. They have the job security.

6. Most often, the work in the organised sector is more paid and valuable than that in unorganised one.

EXAMPLES OF JOBS IN ORGANISED SECTOR

Teachers, doctors, surgeons, scientist, engineer, Clerks, Police, Lawyers, Judge, Banks, All the Government Jobs, Jobs in private Companies ( like larsen & turbo, reliance, mc donald's , Maruti etc )

EXAMPLES OF JOBS IN UNORGANISED SECTOR

shopkeeper, Domestic Household labours, electrician, mechanic, plumber, Farming, Fruit vendors, rickshaw pullers, Taxi drivers, etc.
