Physical capital can be classified as:-

1️⃣Fixed capital
2️⃣Working capital

✔️Fixed capital includes tools, machines, buildings which can be used in production over many years.

✔️Working capital include the factors of production which are used up in production. Raw materials and money in hand are called the working capital.
