Answer :- When any object is thrown from horizontal at an angle θ except 90° than the path followed by it is called trajectory , the onject is called projectile and its motion is called projectile motion .

A projectile is an object that is cost , fired , flung , hurled , heaved , pitched , tossed or thrown . ( This is an informed definition ) . The path of projectile is called Its Trajectory . Some examples of projectile includes :-

A baseball that has been pitched , batted , or thrown .

A bullet the instant it exists the barrel of a gun .

A bus driven off an uncompleted bridge .

A moving airplane in the air with its engines and wings disabled .

A runner in mind stride ( since they momentally lose contact with the ground ) .

The space shuttle or any space craft after main .
