A constituency is the smallestterritorial unit from where representatives are elected. All residents of a particular constituency choose from among the same set of candidates. Seats denote the number of persons elected/to be elected. In India, only one representative gets elected from each constituency.

seat :in parliment there r a defined number of seats.number of seats means number of members in parliment.
constituency: for the purpose of elections the country is divided into many areas known as constituencys.for ex,there are 543 constituencys for loksabha elections in india
representatives : the person elected by the people who represent the people are known as representatives.
relationship :(according to me) a person participate in elections from one constituency and if he gets elected he i known as representative and he will be getting seat in parliment i.e a member of parliment
