●(A). recurring decimal fraction ★★ it is a decimal fraction in which figure or group of digits after the decimal is indefinitely repeating .

for example - (1). 2 .3666666.......
(2) 2. 355 355 355.......

in first example ,6 is repeating so it's a recurring or you could say repeating decimal fraction.
and in example (2) you can see 355 is continuously repeating ,hence it's also a recurring decimal fraction.

●(B)- non recurring decimal fraction ★★ a decimal fraction in which figure or group of digits after the decimal is not repeating ,then the decimal fraction is called non recurring decimal fraction.

for example
√5 = 2.2360..........

√2 = 1.4121 4........

here you could see figure or group of digits
after the decimal is not continuously repeating , hence the given decimal fraction is non recurring decimal fraction.
