"Representative democracy and its need:

It is a type of democracy in which the people use their right to vote and elect a representative who can create laws and rules to be followed by the citizens of the state or country.

Representative democracy is necessary because the framing of laws and rules which are to be followed by an entire country is a tedious process. It demands the knowledge of well-educated as well as experienced faculties. If a common man is made to involve in such a process, it may create a problem.

Hence, in order to make the process an order one, the voting system is used to elect representatives and he/she is made to frame the rules and regulations."
