So , from the six categories of " FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS ". There is one right which we call " RIGHT AGAINST EXPLOITATION " and this right prohibits traffic in human beings and forced labour. It also prohibits employment of children in factories or other buildings.

The Indian Constitution recognises the dignity of every individual and so it prohibits human trafficking ( sale and purchase of humans for immoral purpose ) , begging ( forced labour ) and employing children below the age of 14.
