The Pandas eat huge amounts of foods and as bamboo is their main staple food, they can consume up to 12 Kgs of bamboo, by continuously eating for 12 hours.
The baby pandas are pink in color and have the size of a pencil; while they grow up to become black and white pandas of weight up to 135 Kg, mainly in case of Giant Panda.
They leave their homes on high altitudes during the winters and migrate to the lower levels, where abundant bamboos are available.
