Teritiary sector is different from primary and secondary sectors. The activities of teritiary sector help in development of primary sector and secondary sector. These activities ,by themselves don't produce a good but they are an aid or a support for the production process.Transport storage communication banking trade are some of the examples.Since these activities generate services rather than goods the teritiary sector is also card as service sector.

Tertiary sector is the third sector of economy , it is also known as service sector .It includes transport , distribution of product from producer to the consumer. In service sector people improve productivity, performance, potential, and sustainability by utilising their knowledge and time. It provides support to both the sector and has great employment opportunities in future and it gives better wages than the other of two sectors . Future generations have more chances of income generation in third sector and it is growing day by day .
