But actually there are many more states of matter .

About the Fifth state of matter :

Bose Einstein condensate is the state of matter which is possible in very low temperatures .

The speed of the molecules which make a body has a kinetic energy .

We call the energy of the body or more specifically "heat energy" of the body as the internal kinetic energy .

Now Bose Einstein Condensate is such a state in which the kinetic energy almost is 0 .

This means that the speed of the molecules in a Bose Einstein Condensate is almost 0 .

The molecules almost do not show any motion at all .

All atoms making the body come together and they merge together forming a super molecule .

This is due to the fact that intermolecular space greatly decreases at such a low temperature .
