What is the angle between the long hand and the short hand when it is 16:05 hrs. explain your answer?

You first draw your clock on a piece of paper and divide into 4 equal parts in each part there are 90 degrees after dividing 360 by 4

Then divide each part  (90) by 3  from 1 to 3 on the clock because 16.05 , 05 points on 1 on the clock. 

90 ÷ 3 = 30 degrees.
