Stress can affect your overall health and make you sick . Being sick during exam is the worst right ?
I am writing this letter in order to make you aware of some of the tips to deal with exam fear .
Firstly be prepared , don't study till the last moment . Be satisfied with whatever you know and have learnt. Second thing ; don't think negative . Revise your lessons as much as possible and until you feel super - confident. Third and the most important thing is ; belive yourself. Its just a small test to test your knowledge. No need to worry about it. This is a very small thing as compared to the challenges in life.
So , don't be stressed out !

I'm fine here ! and hoping that you would also be fine there. I know that your exams are coming and every time you had exam fear, as you know that exams adjust for checking student that they are reading and getting it or not and I know that you are going to score well in examinations, mine examinations are starting from 20 September, and I my studies are too going pretty good, you are saying that how can I cope with my examinations and I know that you always had a stress, so no need to worry about that , just study well with the time table as I have made a time table and I am going through that. So, no need to take any stress of examinations and don't fear from examinations, they are just check your performance. Therefore, study well with time a perfect routine.
