Respiration is an exothermic reaction. In which Glucose breaks down to form COâ‚‚, water, heat and Energy in the form of ATP.

The body respire for the need of sufficient oxygen in the blood then the blood take oxygen and release co2 in the form of exhalation and we need o2 to breaks down the glucose in the form of enery and we realease co2 which carryout by blood and then exhale it out
