what is the basic structural difference between national and state party

state parties means party which have only 1 or 2 state .

and national means who control more than 4 state

national party is cader party which are capable of attending in election all over country eg BJP , CONGRESS etc state party is the group which only have there base on the state eg CPI(M) , PDP , LJD etc
