Radius of the circle = 19/2 m

Area = πr^2
= 3.14 × [(19/2)×(19/2)]
= 3.14 × 361/4
= 1133.54/4
= 283.385
~ 283.4 m sq

The answer to this question is (c) 283.4  m^{2} , because
d=19 m
∴ r=( \frac{19}{2} )m
∴ Area of circle =  \pi  r^{2}
                         = 3.14 x ( \frac{19}{2}
                         = ^ \frac{314}{100} x 90.25
                         =  \frac{314}{100}  \frac{9025}{100}
                         = 283.4 m^{2}
