According to me there is nothing biggest smallest all are equal .as some tells humanbeing is the answer but i dont think so becoz may be human are now become very capable to discover new things introduce intersting things also can give birth to a body but the soul can only be provided to a baby through god.i dont think that there may be really any presence of god in this world but may be as u r asking i think the answer could be the mother as god cant come to take care of everybody so he provide mother to everybody mother is the second form of god.and another answer could be the biggest presence of god can be in the smile of a new born baby which purifies tge heart of everybody
