In the poem - The Road Not Taken , Robert Frost explains that how in the journey of life , when we come to face a path which diverges into two. In that situation we face dilemma of which path to move forward and will it lead to our destination. People usually take the path which is also travelled by many people thinking that it will lead us also to success. Doing what others have done to reach heights does not always gives a positive result. And on making wrong and incorrect choices , we are left with nothing but to regret those choices we've made in past.

Hope it helps you

Answer:The central idea of the poem is many times in the life of a person comes two roads between which he has to opt for one. He has to make choice between them by using his for sight as both the roads will look same rewarding . Then it is very difficult for him to opt for one right as it will decide his success and failure.
