The CGS unit of resistivity = Ω-cm

First of all, CGS unit stands for centimetre (cm) gram (g) second (s) system of units.

The values of lengths should be represented in cm.

The values of weights should be represented in gm and,

the values of time should be represented in s.

Resistivity = Resistance*Length.

In SI system, it should be Ω-m                   [Unit of resistance is Ω]

but in CGS, m is replaced by cm.

So, the unit should be Ω-cm                       [1m = 100 cm]
