Thanks For the question

Although it is very challenging to set out the precise interpretation of the Constitution. But nevertheless, I will try :)

The constitution is the largest law of any country. It is the fundamental law of the land into which the State derives its power, accountability, and duty as well. The Constitution confers certain rights and duties to the Citizens. Constitution at the same times sets the limitation upon the power exercised by the government. Hence, any action of the government in disregard to the Constitution shall hold No value.

The three branches of the government are the Executive branch, Judicial branch, and Legislative branch. Their duties and responsibilities are:

Executive Branch: The executive branch is supervised by the President in all molds of democracy. The president may be elected directly by the people (US democracy) or by elected representatives of the Nation(India, etc.). The president is both Head of State and Head of Government in the recent system, while in the end he/she is only the Head of the State; in either case, he/she is Commander-in-chief of all the armed forces. The responsibilities of the executive department comprise implementing and fortifying laws, appointing the head of various federal agencies, etc.

The Prime Minister and the cabinet carries out the day-to-day operation of the executive branch. These duties also hold commanding the well-armed forces, operating as the state's representative while assembling International powers, etc.

Judicial Branch: The judicial branch is headed by a Supreme or Federal Court and also includes other lower courts. The judicial branch is responsible for evaluating the laws formed by the government. Their duties encompass interpretation of the constitution, review of laws and resolving matters associated with the state's affairs.

Legislative Branch: The legislative is composed of (at the national level) the senate or parliament and at state levels of state legislatures. Their main responsibility is to compose the laws to govern the country.

Their duties also include overseeing the affairs of state including finances, foreign affairs, law, and order, etc.
