Altitude is the perpendicular height of the top vertex frm the base whereas median joins the top vertex to he mid point of the base.....mark brainliest if ya satisfied

An altitude is a perpendicular bisectors on any side...
It measure the distance between the vertex and the line which is opposite side ....


Whereas, A median joins a vertex to the midpoint of the opposite side...
