Taxonomy which is based upon cytological information of cell like its chromosome number,its behavior etc. is called cytotaxonomy.

chemotaxonomy is the classification of biological materials based upon similarities and differences of the bio chemical compounds present in the cell

cyto toxnomy is the same classification of biological materials based on similarities and differences of cellular structure and number of chromosomes present in the cell afterwards
