What is the difference between chemotaxonomy and cytotaxonomy

Taxonomy which is based upon cytological information of cell like its chromosome number,its behavior etc. is called cytotaxonomy.
Taxonomy which is based upon chemical constituents of plants like DNA sequences etc. is called chemotaxonomy

chemotaxonomy is the classification of biological materials based upon similarities  and differences of the bio chemical compounds present in the cell
                                    
                                    whereas 

cyto toxnomy is the same classification of biological materials based on similarities and differences of cellular structure and number of chromosomes present in the cell afterwards
