Inequality means treating on gender as high and one gender as low.

Discrimination and Inequality are used as same terms. And they do give out a same meaning.
But,
Just in case,
Discrimination:- Racism , Separation of Colours , Stereotypes etc.... (Discrimination for a whole society)
Inequality:- When one's rights aren't provided (OR) They are illtreated from others(Inequality for one).
