what is the difference between don't I speak English? or do I not speak English? could someone explain this sentences please which one current ​

To be a sentence there must be three qualifications. 1st is that it should be a group of words. so those sentences are group of words. 2nd is that is must contain timing so those sentences have timing as well but 3rd is that it should be arrangement of words but the one which is do I not speak English is wrong because it's not making sense. that is why it is wrong and other one is right

Don't ,I speak English---> this is said to someone which means u speak English. The dont here would be used for the previous question

Do I not speak English -----> this is used when someone doubts on ur language.
