Energy : The ability to do work is defined as energy . The SI unit of energy is joule .
There are various types of energy :
kinetic , potential , chemical , muscular , mechanical , electrical etc.
Power : Rate of doing work is defined as power . The SI unit of power is watt .
Power = work done / time
