- The process of liquid changing into vapours even below its boiling point is called as evaporation.
- eg:- Common salt is also recovered from sea-water by the process of evaporation.
CONDENSATION :-
- The phenomenon of change of gas to liquid is called condensation.
- eg:- Having a cold soda on a hot day, the can "sweats." Water molecules in the air as a vapor hit the colder surface of the can and turn into liquid water.
