first person : I, we, us etc

2nd person : you

3rd person : he , she, they, geetansh(any name), sohan

i have understood this in a way...

suppose you are talking to a person about someone...

and you say:

You should meet Sita. She is very friendly. I call her daily.

here you are first person .. bcoz you are the one doing verb... 'I' from the sentence" I call her daily".. is first person...

the person with whom you are talking is 2nd person (you is used for that person)

and sita about whom you are talking, she isnt directly involved in the conversation so she is third person
