what is the difference between inner planets and Terrestrial planets

please give the correct answer and give the answer if you know as it is very urgent


kvnmurty: aren't they almost same ? mercury, earth etc.. the innermost 4 planets of the solar system ?

In the solar system, there are four inner planets namely: mercury, venus, Earth, and Mars. They are innermost planets, nearest to Sun.

They are made of rocks, terre and materials. So they are called terrestrial planets. It happens that all inner planets are also terrestrial planets.
