What is the difference between magnetic effect of electric current and heating effect of electric current?

When an electric current is passed through a high resistance wire, the Resistance wire becomes very hot and produces heat. This is called heating effect of electric current.

And when an electric current is passed through a wire it produces magnetic field around it, this is called magnetic effect of electric current.
