known as Kharif Crops.
Examples:- Soyabean, Cotton, Maize, Green Gram and Black Gram are Kharif Crops.

Examples:- Wheat, Gram, Peas, Mustard, Linseed are Rabi crops

Ans : Plants of the same kinds are grown and cultivated at one place on a large scale is called crops.
Types of crops

1. Kharif crops : The crops which are shown in the rainy season like June to November are called kharif crops. For example - Soyabean , ground nuts.
2. Rabi crops : The crops which grown in the winter season like October to March are called rabi crops. For example- tea , mustard.
