What is the difference between semi solid and semi liquid?

semi solid means =to semi liquid
for example take jelly it's not totally rigid nor totally liquid

well,semi solid and semi liquid are actually the same...

there is a difference in their names but similarities in their properties..

for example:take ''jelly''

it is not solid neither liquid...so therefore semi solid means = semi liquid
