Democracy is referred to as the rule of the people. It is a political system, wherein people have a say in matters affecting their lives. They have the power to elect their representatives who rules them and also can take back the power from them when they do not fulfill the people’s aspirations.

Non-Democracy refers to a form of government which is opposed to democracy. There are various forms of governance in place in different countries of the world. Democracy and Non-democracy are included in those forms of government. Though democracy is the preferred form of politics, there are countries that follow other forms of governance and all of them together are referred to as Non-democracies.
