Habitat is an environment/place or area where a particular species animal / plant lives.It is a place where they get adequate resources to survive, and habitat is referred to  a single species only.

Ecosystem, where, the species interact with other organisms as well as abiotic components togeather forming an ecosystem.In short, ecosystem is a community of living organisms.
