➡The biggest advantage of showing your face in your videos is that you have more ways to convey your personality to your viewers. Most people don't subscribe to videos, they subscribe to personalities. So if your viewers can at least hear you and - even better - see you, they can relate to you more easily. If you don't show your face or even talk in your videos, you have to think really hard about how you're going to give your channel a personality.

The disadvantage of revealing who you are, is obviously that people in your personal life might discover your channel. And if you use your real name, you can be "googled" as well. If you don't have a problem with that, it's not a real disadvantage at all.

I think no any disadvantage because if you will creat channel and upload educational video or motivational speech then your fan will increase all person who don't know u they will no
