g: y = -3

just type in google:

f(x) = -3 + 0 * x

(you have to add 0*x because otherwise google won't draw the function)

you will see that it is horizontal and passes through the point

hope this helps

Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

The equation of a horizontal line is always of the form y = k, for some constant k, because the y-value is always the same.

Since the y-value of (−7,−3) is −3, all the points on the horizontal line must have this y-value.

Therefore, the equation of the line is y = -3
