Slope of the line: -10-(-6)/4-(-5)

= - 4/9.

Mid-point of the two points:

(-10-(-6)/2,4-(-5)/2)

= (-2,9/2).

Putting the values in point slope form:

y-y1= m(x-x1)

So, y-9/2= - 4/9(x-(-2))

y-9/2= - 4/9(x+2)
