Answer:- The formula of Present Perfect Tense is:-

Subject + has/have + V3 + Object.

For Example:- Ram has done his homework.

The formula of Present Perfect Continuous Tense is:-

Subject + has/have + been + V- ing(V4) + Object.

For Example:- Ram has been doing his homework since 4 o'clock.
