Mycoplasma is an intracellular bacterium. So you would expect the same in mycoplasma as you would in other bacteria: circular DNA and plasmids.

Mycoplasma is a genus of bacteria that like a cell wall around their cell membrane. without a cell wall they are unaffected by many common antibiotics such as pencilin or other beta lactam antibiotics that target cell wall synthesis.
They can be parasitic or saprophytic.
