Akbar was one of the greatest rulers in Indian history. He was the third emperor of Mughal Empire, after Babar and Humayan. He was also known as Akbar the Great.
Akbar was Humayan's son andsucceeded hom as emperor in 1556. At the time, Akbar was 13 years old.
