The preamble is the introduction to the constitution.the preamble is very important to understand the basic structure of a constitution of a country.it tells about the basic features of the constitution.for example the constitution of India says that Indian country is republic, secular, sovereign, socialist and democratic and the preamble of our country also represents it's citizens and their rights and duties.so in short we can say that the preamble is very important to understand the basic nature of a country.
