what is the length of altitude of a triangle whose area is 21 CM 2 and base is 6 CM

Given,
Area = 21
Base = 6

Area of triangle = 1/2 × base × altitude
21 = 1/2 × 6 × altitude
21×2 = 6 × Altitude
42/6 = Altitude
7 cm = Altitude.

Area of triangle =(height×base)/2


21 ={height×6}/2

42=height × 6

42/6 = height

7 = height


Height of the triangle is 7 cm
