what is the length of the side of a square whose perimeter is 36 cm?

here is your answer

formula to find the perimeter of square is = 4 × side
                                   36cm = 4 × side
                                   36 / 4 cm = side
                                       9     = side

so the length of side is 9cm

perimeter of a square = l×l
l=36/4=9 cm
area=. 9×9=81cmsq
so 9 is its side
