What is the level of questions in class 10 boards? too easy, medium, or hots?

See,60% syllabus comes from ncert that atleast anyone can get pass,

rest 20% comes as an average or medium or other 20% comes quite difficult for thse who are topper or you have to put some logic there...I also have to give class 1 boards this year and Im preparing acc. to this criteria only.
